F is for Fart: Handwriting and Letter Recognition

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

When I'm working with my daughter, I like to do activities that combine multiple tasks. Lately we have been working on letter recognition, tracing, and handwriting. The F is for Fart Handwriting Activity Book has been a wonderful resource to help my daughter work on these areas! First of all, I love that this goes along with the F is For Fart book! (more on that later). This handwriting activity book has a coloring area for each letter in addition to ample room to practice both capital and lowercase letters A-Z. As l mentioned, it goes along with "F is for Fart." We giggled as we read the rhymes about each animal and colored the pictures. Because my daughter was interested in the "story" she seemed to be more cooperative with practicing writing her letters. My daughter's name is Carrie so here is the C page before we started on it.

The corresponding book F is for Fart: A rhyming ABC children's book about farting animals is one that I wish I'd found sooner! I was actually introduced to it because of this activity book. Carrie and I loved reading about the animals and discussing the letters. Letter recognition, rhyming, animals and farts OH MY!

Right now F is For Fart is free for Kindle Unlimited Members and less than $4 if you download it via Kindle. Remember you don't have to have a Kindle to read Kindle books. You can simply download the free Kindle App. If you aren't a KU Member check out the free 30 day trial!

From Amazon about F is For Fart:

"This is a book about farts. Yes, farts. It's also about ABCsrhymes, and animals - but it's mostly about farts, and making you and your loved ones laugh about farts. Each letter stands for an animal and is accompanied by a rhyme, which are all short and stinky - much like farts are stinky. We hope you think this book stinks in all the right ways. "
